Rehearsal/Soundcheck:

    1. On the day of the performance the performance space and associated facilities will be available to artist for two (2) hours of actual work prior to the performance and for one (1) hours following the performance conclusion.

    2. The performance space and associated facilities (dressing rooms, green rooms, etc.) must be available and open for exclusive use of the Artist. 

Lighting: All lighting equipment must be supplied by the Local manager

    1. A lighting operator is required

    2. General “normal” white overhead concert lighting is required

    3. Full stage washes in Red, Blue, & Amber (or equivalents) capable of being operated during the performances.

SOUND: all sound equipment must be supplied by the Local Manager & must conform to the highest possible audio standards

    1. It is requested that the local manager shall provide the artist with archival audio (digital preferred) and video recording when possible.

    2. Supply a public address (P.A) system

    3. Supply one speaking microphone with windscreen with adequate cable to reach center stage.

    4. Supply on straight microphone stand

Stagehands:

    1. A minimum of two (2) personnel qualified to set up and operate the lighting and sound equipment and to assist as needed. Can include lighting and sound operators.

Dressing Rooms

    1. Two (2) dressing rooms are necessary.

    2. Dressing rooms must be lockable and ready for Artist upon arrival.

    3. At least one dressing room must be located near the stage and separate and apart from the public’s view.

    4. All dressing rooms must be clean prior to arrival.

    5. All rooms must have adequate chairs, mirrors, coat racks, with hangers, towels, and toilet.

Use of Facilities

    1. Artist must have full facilities available for its exclusive use and direction during the period of the engagement. Individuals who are backstage without authorization of Artist will be asked to leave.

Catering/Food

    1. Local Manager shall provide the following:

      1. In Green Room (available upon arrival)

        1. Bottled Water

        2. Unsweetened Ice Tea and/or Apple Juice

        3. Mixed Nuts

        4. Fresh Fruit and/or meat tray

        5. Granola Bars 

      2. If a full hot meal is an option for 7-8 members: Local specialty is encouraged, must include entree, and vegetable.

        1. 1 Vegetarian

        2. 1 Vegan

        3. 3  Standard

Merchandise

    1. Artist reserves the EXCLUSIVE right to sell items before, during, and after performances. Artist to retain 100% of merchandise sales.

Educational & Outreach Events:

    1. For workshops, clinics, and other outreach events, Artist will require a speaking microphone, chairs, bottled water, and general lighting. Details may be discussed prior to date.

Publicity, Programs, Program Credits and Pre-Concert Announcement:

    1. Artist will receive 100% Star Billing in all advertising and publicity and all programs.

    2. It is requested that for a public performance the venue advertise on their social media a minimum of 5 times beginning 4 weeks prior to performance date.
